Agro Phos India Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Agro Phos India has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board accepted the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Shweta Bhamare and approved appointing M/s. NPG & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY26, subject to shareholder nod. Due to a delay in the associate company’s audit reports, FY25 audited financials were not approved and will be finalized in a follow-up meeting. The trading window stays closed until 48 hours post results announcement.
