MOS Utility Limited has announced a board meeting approving its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025. The board approved an inter-corporate deposit to Onix Renewable Limited and expanded the company’s object clause. An Extraordinary General Meeting with e-voting and video conferencing facilities has been planned. M/s Pranay Vaidya & Co was appointed as Secretarial Auditor, and Shailesh R & Co was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Mr. Paras Vinod Chhadwa joined as an Independent Director for five years. The auditors gave an unqualified opinion on the financials.
