Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The consolidated results showed a loss of Rs. 48.06 Cr after tax, mainly due to higher expenses and finance costs, compared to a profit of Rs. 5.58 Cr last year. Standalone results posted a profit of Rs. 2.54 Cr after tax for the year. The Board re-appointed M/s. M. Anandam & Co as internal auditor and added Mr. Raj Sehgal as an Additional Non-Executive Director with expertise in corporate law and capital markets. Audit reports were clean.
