Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025 approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted total income of Rs. 3145.76 Cr and profit after tax of Rs. 90.84 Cr for the year, with EPS at Rs. 2.62. A final dividend of 10% (Re. 0.10 per share) is proposed. The LPG import terminal project at JNPA is being discontinued, with focus shifting to smaller terminals and boosting retail and industrial LPG supply. Borrowings rose to Rs. 305.21 Cr.
