Samhi Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SAMHI Hotels Ltd. has announced a board meeting on key updates. Consolidated revenue hit INR 11,300 Cr with a PBT turnaround to INR 600.64 million, reversing last year’s loss. The company acquired Innmar Tourism and Hotels for INR 214 Cr and infused INR 20.4 Cr equity into a subsidiary through a rights issue. They sold an investment in another subsidiary, booking an exceptional loss. Impairment charges on right-of-use assets and capital work-in-progress weighed on results but were partly offset by indemnity recoveries. Operating cash flow improved sharply to INR 3,570 million, fueling expansion and debt reduction. Share-based payment costs remain elevated due to ESOPs.
