The company utilized ₹33.99 Cr of its IPO proceeds mainly for working capital and corporate purposes, with just ₹0.23 Cr remaining unspent. It also brought in Varsha Gohil & Associates as the new internal auditor for FY 2025-26, enhancing its oversight in internal, income tax, and GST audits.
