McLEOD RUSSEL has announced a board meeting that approved the re-appointment of Mani & Co., SPK Associates, and DGM & Associates as Cost Auditors, along with B. M. Chatrath & Co. LLP and V Singhi & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The company also appointed Mr. Udupi Ramprasad as General Manager and Senior Management Personnel from July 1, 2025. With over 25 years in finance and accounting, Ramprasad’s expertise in cost control, growth, profitability, and treasury is expected to strengthen the company’s financial management.
