NBCC has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.14 per share on 27 crore shares, subject to shareholder approval. This final dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration. Along with the Rs. 0.53 per share interim dividend already paid, the total dividend for FY 2024-25 rises to Rs. 0.67 per share, up from Rs. 0.63 last year, offering shareholders a higher payout.
