The company reported record revenue of Rs. 120.16 Cr for FY 2025, up 230% YoY, with EBITDA rising 206% to Rs. 23.08 Cr and PAT surging 224% to Rs. 8.29 Cr. Q4 revenue grew 309% YoY to Rs. 40.86 Cr, with EBITDA up 542% and PAT growing 485%. Operationally, average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) significantly outperformed industry averages. The company expanded its portfolio by adding 3 new properties, increasing room inventory by 200+. A new upper-luxury resort near Vrindavan with an investment of Rs. 300 Cr is underway. Espire raised Rs. 32 Cr via preferential equity allotment to fund growth and infrastructure enhancement. RHS & Associates was appointed as secretarial auditors for FY 2024-25.
