Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with the auditors’ unmodified opinion. The board did not consider any final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. It appointed M/s. T. Chatterjee & Associates as Company Secretaries for secretarial audits over the next five years, subject to shareholder approval. The re-appointment of the Cost Auditor was declined, and a fresh tender process will be initiated. M/s. Gupta & Co. was re-appointed as the Tax Auditor for FY 2025-26.
