AION-TECH SOLUTIONS has approved the financial results for the quarter and year, reporting consolidated revenue of Rs. 92.3 Cr, slightly down from last year. Profit before tax jumped to Rs. 12.98 Cr, driven by a one-time Rs. 15.6 Cr land sale gain. Net profit turned positive at Rs. 9.9 Cr versus a loss previously, with EPS at Rs. 2.85. The company increased its stake in ETO Motors to 58.51%, making it a stepdown subsidiary, and completed the sale of its Wowtruck unit for Rs. 10 Cr. Strategic focus remains on developing a SaaS fleet management platform for electric and hydrogen vehicles.
