The board strengthened its governance team by appointing Mr. Ashish Nayak as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. M/s. Prachi Bansal & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25, with their re-appointment proposed for the next five years, while M/s. MGP & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26.
