Peninsula Land Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Peninsula Land Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The consolidated numbers show a net loss after tax of Rs. 38.87 Cr for FY25, a sharp decline from last year’s profit of Rs. 92.79 Cr, hit by impairment charges and property tax refunds exceeding Rs. 11 Cr. Consolidated revenue dropped to Rs. 260 Cr from Rs. 369 Cr. The company bolstered its capital by raising Rs. 150 Cr through optionally convertible debentures and converting warrants into equity. Ms. Pooja Sutradhar joins as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
