The Sandesh Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of financial results. Consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs. 90.07 Cr, with standalone profit before tax nearly the same at Rs. 90.06 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share has been declared, adding to the interim dividend paid earlier. M/s. M. C. Gupta & Co. appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, while M/s. K. C. Mehta & Co. LLP continues as Internal Auditor for 2025-26.
