Net Avenue Technologies has announced a board meeting outcome approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. The group reported a consolidated net loss of ₹4.16 Cr, wider than last year’s ₹1.58 Cr loss. Revenue from operations dipped to ₹1.28 Cr for the half-year versus ₹1.48 Cr previously. A K Jain & Associates have been appointed as secretarial auditors. Statutory auditors gave a clean opinion on the accounts. No dividends or capital raising plans were revealed.
