Uma Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Uma Exports has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 1,724 Cr from Rs 1,532 Cr YoY, but consolidated net profit slipped sharply to Rs 3.50 Cr from Rs 10.18 Cr, hurt by higher finance costs and expenses. The company posted a Q4 loss of Rs 5.34 Cr vs a profit of Rs 7.90 Cr last year. It also appointed M/s. R Daga & Co as Internal Auditors and Md. Shahnawaz as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years, awaiting shareholder nod.
