Veritas (India) Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The consolidated results show total income of Rs. 4,10,391.65 lakhs and expenses of Rs. 3,99,000.83 lakhs, resulting in a profit before tax of Rs. 11,390.82 lakhs. Profit after tax stood at Rs. 11,355.89 lakhs. The standalone results reported total income of Rs. 32,458.47 lakhs with a profit before tax of Rs. 468.80 lakhs and profit after tax at Rs. 433.88 lakhs. The Board approved a dividend of 5% on equity shares. The audit report from Shabbir & Rita Associates carried an unmodified opinion. The company, via its subsidiary, is also progressing on an integrated manufacturing complex at Dighi Port, Maharashtra, currently financed internally.
