Gloster Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Gloster Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of its audited consolidated financial results for FY25. Revenue grew to Rs. 765 Cr from Rs. 660 Cr, but the company swung to a consolidated loss of Rs. 13.35 Cr versus a profit of Rs. 24.35 Cr last year. The jute goods segment led revenues with Rs. 643 Cr, though profitability slipped. Losses in the cables business increased due to expanded operations. The Board approved a 200% dividend (Rs. 20/share), subject to shareholder approval, and greenlit the merger of two subsidiaries into the parent.
