KNR Constructions Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

KNR Constructions has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for FY25. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 4,75,316.54 lakhs and net profit stood at Rs. 100,187.41 lakhs. Despite some impact from exceptional items and tax adjustments, core operations remain robust, supported by steady project recoveries and arbitration claims. A final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share has been declared, subject to shareholder approval. KP Rao & Co. has been re-appointed as internal auditors, with new cost and secretarial auditors onboarded for FY26.
