Uma Exports has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 1724 Cr (from Rs 1532 Cr YoY), while profit before tax dipped to Rs 3.75 Cr from Rs 13 Cr. Net profit eased to Rs 3.5 Cr against Rs 10.2 Cr last year, pressured by rising expenses. The company appointed M/s R Daga & Co as Internal Auditor and CS Md.
