Orient Cement Limited — Others, 29-05-2025: Shareholders meeting

Orient Cement has announced a postal ballot seeking shareholder approval for appointing new board members, including Mr. Vinod Bahety and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Tiwary as Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Vaibhav Dixit as Whole Time Director and CEO, and three Independent Directors, each for three-year terms. The ballot also covers approval of Material Related Party Transactions with Ambuja Cements, ACC Limited, and Adani Enterprises for FY 2025-26, appointment of M/s G. K. Choksi & Co. as Statutory Auditors, ratification of Cost Auditors’ remuneration, and shifting the registered office from Orissa to Gujarat.
