Gloster Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 29-05-2025: Record Date

Gloster Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The 103rd AGM will be held via video conferencing. Shareholders on the record date of 4th July 2025 will be eligible for a final dividend of Rs. 20 per share (200%), subject to AGM approval. The share register and transfer books will be closed from 2nd to 8th August 2025.
