Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited has announced a board meeting on which the following key decisions were approved: The financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, showing a net loss of Rs. 10.46 lakh. The Board approved adopting a new Memorandum and Articles of Association to comply with the Companies Act, 2013, subject to member approval. Authorised share capital will increase from Rs. 7 Cr to Rs. 25 Cr, pending member consent. The company plans to change its name to “Mipco Limited” and shift its core business towards power generation and related environmental services including solar energy and waste management. Amarjit Rajbhar was appointed Chief Financial Officer, and M/s. Aravind Kumar K & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The auditors issued an unqualified opinion on the financials.
