S.V.J. Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting approving key changes in its audit team. M/s. PSV Jain & Associates resigned as statutory auditors due to pre-occupation, with no concerns raised. Bhasin Hota & Co has been appointed as the new statutory auditors to complete the audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The company has also appointed S K Dwivedi & Associates as secretarial auditors for FY 2024-25. The audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025, have been completed with an unmodified auditor opinion. The trading window closure was in line with the results announcement.
