The company completed an IPO, raising ₹64.98 Cr (net ₹60.42 Cr) to bolster brand expansion and working capital, having utilized ₹14.35 Cr so far while parking ₹46.06 Cr in deposits. M/s. TALATI & TALATI LLP continues as Internal Auditor for FY26. Auditors gave a clean opinion on the results.
