Nagreeka Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nagreeka Exports has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Net profit dropped to Rs 3.16 Cr from Rs 6.01 Cr year-on-year, while revenue slipped slightly to Rs 528.86 Cr from Rs 559.03 Cr. No dividend has been declared for FY25. The spinning plant remains temporarily closed but is expected to resume operations soon. The board appointed B.N. Kedia & Co. as internal auditors and M&A Associates as secretarial auditors for five years. The 36th AGM is slated for 24th September 2025.
