VISA Steel has announced a board meeting on 29 May 2025 approving FY25 financials showing a consolidated and standalone net loss of Rs. 516.55 Cr. The loss includes Rs. 438.08 Cr impairment of fixed assets and Rs. 38.75 Cr write-off of abandoned projects. Accumulated unpaid interest of Rs. 1,324.62 Cr has eroded net worth.
