On the standalone front, revenue was steady at ₹153.96 Cr, with PBT improving to ₹18.58 Cr from ₹17.29 Cr. The board reappointed Nandola & Co. as internal auditors and brought in Rathod & Co. as secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, alongside updates to key corporate policies.
