Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills has announced a board meeting on the approval of consolidated financial results for FY24-25. Revenue slipped to ₹155.19 Cr from ₹170.37 Cr last year. Operating loss before exceptional items widened to ₹2.28 Cr, but a ₹12.85 Cr insurance claim linked to the November 2024 factory fire turned it into a pre-tax profit of ₹10.57 Cr. Net profit after tax jumped to ₹7.91 Cr from ₹1.42 Cr, with EPS rising to ₹7.45. Management remains optimistic about final insurance recovery. No dividend or other major corporate moves were declared.
