B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year as well as the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported standalone revenue of INR 501.55 Cr and a profit after tax of INR 15.07 Cr for the year, with an EPS of Rs. 13.35. Consolidated revenue stood at INR 509.80 Cr with a profit after tax of INR 21.27 Cr and EPS of Rs. 13.41. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company appointed M/s Aman Jindal & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s Dhananjay V. Joshi & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. It also revised its Code of Fair Disclosure to strengthen timely and uniform dissemination of price-sensitive information.
