Embassy Developments reported a PAT of ₹203 Cr on ₹2,547 Cr revenue post-merger, doubling year-on-year. Pre-sales grew 11% to ₹2,000 Cr, with new bookings up 14% at 2.2 msf. It launched 3 residential projects with 71% sales and added 6 projects totaling ₹9,200 Cr GDV. Targets FY2026 GDV of ₹22,000 Cr, including ₹5,000 Cr residential pre-sales. Proposed commercial acquisition to Embassy REIT (3.3 msf, ₹3,200-3,700 Cr GDV) and secured a ₹1,125 Cr sub-lease on 25 acres in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
