Lemon Tree Hotels has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹1,28,607.77 lakh and net profit after tax of ₹24,31,454 lakh for the year. Standalone revenue was ₹38,462.77 lakh with a net profit after tax of ₹10,048.74 lakh. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP gave clean audit opinions on both sets of results. The board appointed M/s DPV & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor, re-appointed internal auditors Felix Advisory and O P Bagla & Co, and added new senior management personnel. The subscription agreement with APG has been extended till May 2026.
