Nagreeka Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nagreeka Exports has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a net profit of Rs 3.16 Cr for FY25, down from Rs 6.01 Cr last year. Revenue declined to Rs 528.86 Cr from Rs 559.03 Cr. No dividend was declared. The company appointed B.N. Kedia & Co. as internal auditors and M&A Associates as secretarial auditors for five years. The spinning plant remains temporarily closed, with operations expected to resume soon.
