Virtual Global Education Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results showing a net loss of ₹183.78 lakh for the year, widened from the previous year’s loss. Operating income increased to ₹105.67 lakh from ₹67.06 lakh, but expenses rose sharply to ₹143.27 lakh. The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s Chandni Singla & Associates as Internal Auditor and appointed M/s Chandan J & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years, subject to shareholders' approval. Mr. Nirbhay Kumar Roy has been appointed CFO and additional Executive Director, while Ms. Shikha was named Chairperson. The Board noted the resignation of Mr. Ankit Sharma as Executive Director and CFO. Cash flow showed a net outflow primarily from operations, partly offset by share warrant proceeds. The company continues to face losses but has strengthened its leadership and compliance framework.
