Aelea Commodities Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025, along with the audited consolidated and standalone financial statements for the full year, which received an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The company has appointed Mr. Manish R. Patel as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. A D A J & Associates LLP has been appointed as the internal auditor from FY 2025-26 onwards, bringing expertise in accounting, audit, and taxation services.
