B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter, half-year, and financial year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported total standalone revenue of ₹501.55 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹15.07 Cr. On the consolidated level, revenue stood at ₹509.80 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹21.27 Cr. Both standalone and consolidated results received unmodified audit opinions. The company completed a 1:1 bonus share issue and an IPO of 63.12 lakh shares listed on BSE SME during the year. The board appointed M/s Aman Jindal & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s Dhananjay V. Joshi & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company also amended its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information to enhance transparency and compliance. Funds raised from the IPO have been utilized as planned without deviation.
