Virat Crane Industries Ltd — Results, 29-05-2025: Result

Virat Crane Industries has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 40.20 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 139.20 Cr for the year, with a profit after tax of Rs. 4.67 Cr for the year, down from Rs. 10.12 Cr the previous year. The decline was partly due to no exceptional items this year, unlike last year’s provisions and write-offs which balanced out. The dairy products business remains the sole segment. The board appointed Sri K. Srinivasarao & Nagaraju Associates as secretarial auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26 and reappointed the internal auditor Sri V.V.A. Sesha Giri Rao for FY 2025-26. Legal action is ongoing to recover inventory worth Rs. 4.75 Cr held by a third party. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on these results, confirming their reliability.
