Prestige Estates has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It formed a 50:50 joint venture with Valor Estate Limited and subsidiaries to develop a commercial project at Sahar, Mumbai, via an SPV. The project spans 21,978 sq. mts., with ~1.5 million sq. ft. leasable area and a GDV of ~₹4,500 Cr. Prestige plans to invest ₹504 Cr, signaling a strong push into its commercial real estate portfolio.
