Natural Capsules Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Natural Capsules has announced a board meeting on May 29, 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 169.21 Cr from Rs. 155.42 Cr, but net profit fell sharply to Rs. 0.62 Cr from Rs. 5.55 Cr YoY. The Capsules segment continues as the main revenue driver at Rs. 167.94 Cr with healthy margins, while the API segment faced losses. The Board approved re-appointments of two directors, appointed a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and reappointed auditors. Subsidiary Natural Biogenex began commercial operations in March. No dividends or fundraising plans were declared.
