Ram Ratna Wires has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue grew 19.1% YoY to ₹957 Cr, with EBITDA up 23.3% to ₹45.3 Cr and PBT rising 26.6% to ₹29.6 Cr. PAT dipped 3.8% due to higher taxes. Strong demand in enameled wires and copper tubes fueled growth. The company is expanding with a new copper tube plant in Bhiwadi, entering the BLDC motors segment, and increasing its stake in Tefabo Product Pvt. Ltd.
