Abans Financial Services has announced a board meeting that approved its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 3,283 Cr from Rs 1,380 Cr year-on-year, boosting profit before tax to Rs 132 Cr and profit after tax to Rs 109 Cr. Strong growth came from fee-based investment services and lending & credit solutions. The company issued 4.3 lakh shares under ESOP during the year. Despite healthy earnings, net cash declined by Rs 58 Cr due to investing and financing activities. The audit opinion was clean.
