Thirumalai Chemicals Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 29-05-2025: Issue of Securities

Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd is raising INR 100 Cr through a private placement of senior, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures in three tranches: Series A (INR 33 Cr, 2 years, 11% interest), Series B (INR 33 Cr, 3 years, 11.5%), and Series C (INR 34 Cr, up to 4 years, 12%). Each debenture’s face value is INR 10 lakh, with interest paid quarterly and principal at maturity. The funds will be used to strengthen the company’s financial position.
