Macpower CNC Machines has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue rose 12.1% YoY to Rs 80.01 Cr; FY25 revenue grew 8.6% to Rs 261.82 Cr. Adjusted PAT increased 10.4% YoY to Rs 26.61 Cr for FY25, boosted by an 83% QoQ EBITDA surge in Q4. A fire at the Rajkot plant caused an exceptional loss of Rs 0.77 Cr. The order book remains strong at Rs 330.9 Cr (1.3x FY25 revenue). Capacity is expanding to 2,500 machines/year by mid-2025, supported by new tech and R&D centers. Defense & Aerospace bids worth Rs 506 Cr are under review.
