Abans Financial Services has announced a board meeting to approve key management changes. Parikh & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2025-26, and V. C. Shah & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Four senior managers—Saurav Garg, Karan Heda, Dhrumil Shah, and Ketur Shah—are newly designated SMPs, strengthening leadership in operations, treasury, compliance, and advisory. Pratik Shah has stepped down as SMP. The 16th AGM will be conducted via video conference.
