Abans Financial Services has appointed M/s. Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval, and M/s. V.C. Shah & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The board named four senior managers: Saurav Garg (Head – Global Operations), Karan Heda (VP – Treasury & Operation), Dhrumil Shah (VP – Accounts & Compliance), and Ketur Shah (VP – Advisory Practice). Pratik Shah has stepped down from senior management. The 16th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conference.
