RDB Real Estate Constructions has announced a board meeting outcome where Mr. Bidyut Dey resigned as CFO effective end-May. Mr. Harsh Jhunjhunwala, with 15 years’ experience in finance, law, and taxation, is appointed as the new CFO from June. M/s. Garg Narender & Co. will serve as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26, and Ms. Prachi Todi is appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. These leadership and audit appointments strengthen the company’s financial governance and compliance framework.
