RDB Real Estate Constructions has announced a board meeting outcome confirming the resignation of CFO Bidyut Dey, effective end of May, and the appointment of Harsh Jhunjhunwala as the new CFO from June 1. The company has also appointed M/s. Garg Narender & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26 and Ms. Prachi Todi as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
