RDB Real Estate Constructions Ltd — Updates, 29-05-2025: Company Update

RDB Real Estate Constructions has announced a board meeting decision on key leadership and audit roles. CFO Bidyut Dey will resign by 31st May 2025, succeeded by Harsh Jhunjhunwala from 1st June 2025, who brings 15 years’ experience in finance, corporate law, and taxation. Garg Narender & Co. has been appointed as the internal auditors for FY 2025-26. Ms. Prachi Todi will serve as the secretarial auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval. These changes aim to strengthen financial oversight and compliance.
