Regency Ceramics Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Regency Ceramics has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company swung to a net profit of Rs. 1146.22 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 225.01 lakhs for the year, after prior losses. Annual revenue was Rs. 1314.70 lakhs. Operationally, the Yanam plant is being refurbished to restart, and a new facility in Andhra Pradesh is producing glazed vitrified tiles. Despite this, accumulated losses of Rs. 10524.40 lakhs have wiped out net worth, with audit concerns over liabilities and asset damages. Cash flow is tight but showing signs of improvement.
