EBITDA climbed to Rs. 17.36 Cr, lifting net profit to Rs. 6.72 Cr versus Rs. 5.04 Cr last year. The company boosted its footprint by acquiring a 51% stake in a partnership firm. Higher capex and working capital outflows were noted, supported by Rs. 23.72 Cr raised through share capital for expansion.
